The deep snow & freeride group guiding in Kühtai is the ideal introduction for ambitious, sporty skiers who want to make the transition from the piste to open terrain for the first time or under expert guidance.
In a small group, you’ll experience deep snow and off-piste skiing in a structured, safe and motivating way – accompanied by experienced guides and with a focus on technique, safety and the joy of skiing.
Who is this off-piste package suitable for?
This offer is aimed at:
- Experienced skiers
- Confident skiers on black runs
- Adults and young people aged 16 and over (when accompanied) or aged 18 and over
- Guests looking to try their hand at off-piste skiing
- Skiers who wish to experience freeriding on a guided tour rather than on their own
Not suitable for beginners or inexperienced riders.
Technical requirements
Participants must:
- Be able to ski confidently on black runs
- Be proficient in the parallel skiing technique on both short and long turns
- Have complete control over their speed
The deep-snow technique will be taught and developed as part of this course – this is a guided introduction.
Age and legal requirements
Minimum age:
- From 16 years of age when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Or aged 18 or over, unaccompanied
