My guiding principle

As an experienced Shiatsu practitioner, I aim to support people in their well-being and help them cultivate more positive life energy.

What is Shiatsu?

A Shiatsu treatment leaves you feeling more energised, balanced and relaxed – whether you’re experiencing acute symptoms or are in good health. Shiatsu takes a holistic approach to addressing symptoms, supports healing processes and strengthens your own ability to lead a mindful, healthy life.

The roots of Shiatsu lie in traditional Chinese and Japanese health teachings. These focus on the life energy known as Qi, which flows through our meridians and fills us with vitality.

Our daily lives can easily throw our bodies and minds out of balance. This energetic imbalance can manifest in many different ways – such as pain, tension or inner restlessness. Shiatsu restores the flow of Qi, promotes your well-being and stimulates your body’s natural healing powers.

A person lies face down on a massage table, resting their head on a pillow. Another person applies pressure to their back with hands, indicating a massage or therapeutic treatment in a serene indoor setting. The image is in black and white.
A person receiving a massage lies on a mat in a sunlit, wooden room filled with plants and natural light. Another person, dressed in a white robe, provides the massage, focusing on the recipient's back.
