Payment
Once you have received written confirmation of your registration and booking, we ask you to pay the administration fee and – depending on your individual agreement – either the relevant deposit or the full amount (e.g. via the online shop).
Please transfer the remaining balance, free of charge, to our specified account no later than 30 days (payment deadline) before the start of the course or tour. We will charge you for any bank charges incurred at the start of the course.
For last-minute bookings made less than 30 days in advance, the full price must be paid immediately. If your payment is not received by the deadline, Follow me may terminate the contract and charge cancellation fees in accordance with the section ‘Cancellation by the participant’.
The administration fee of at least €50 or the deposit will be retained in all cases if you cancel. This also applies to cancellations made at short notice by the organiser (Follow me) due to weather conditions.
For trips abroad and bespoke offers, we can and will set individual payment deadlines.
Credit card payments made in theonline shop in favour of the Follow me Ski School are processed by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstraße 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland (“TREKKSOFT”). TREKKSOFT will appear on your credit card statement as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.
